Baseball

I admit that am not really knowledgeable about baseball, I only knew a few rules of it but even so, even from time to time I get confused on what's going on-- I can say that I really love Baseball. For me, who's not very sporty or sports enthusiast and never got the chance to join any bukatsu (clubs) at school, I really enjoy watchin' baseball... and if only in my country there's like a "koushien" or bigger mounds like you've seen in Pro baseball in US, I'd be watching every game there is!

And if there's a chance that I'd be able to go abroad, especially US, I'd definitely go watch Pro baseball league. And ofcourse if I can be able to go back to Japan again, I'd definitely try out those 'batting centers' which I wasn't able to do so when I was there... zannen :(

Anywho, the one which inflicted me this kind of "fondness" towards baseball was way back my 2nd year of college (before I transferred to other school). A friend of mine, gave me a copy of H2: Kimi no Itahibi live action (based on Anime/Manga H2) which starred by Yamada Takayuki as Kunimi Hiro. By that kikkake, i even bought a hardball and sometimes imitate a yakyuu senshuu. LOL.

And right after watching that live-action, i was hooked into tons of baseball genre anime, like for example, Major (watched the entire season, from the beginning until to the last episode ODA: Message), and also the same author of H2, which is Crossgame... and once my other download finishes I'm planning to dl another baseball themed anime titled "touch" by same author of H2 and Crossgame.

Baseball can be really complex but watching it seemed fun and gave me tons of excitement. Although, I love baseball, I also love Basketball, badminton and Tennis. Although if given a chance, I'd want to play it instead rather than just by watching it. Too bad I don't have friends who love the same way as I do, and they only prefer watching it from time to time and not actually playing the game.

Am wishing that Baseball won't lessen its popularity, although recently Soccer/Football's been the center of all attraction when it comes to sports today, am still hoping that both Basketball and Baseball won't lose it's popularity as long as it can, because for me, Baseball and Basketball are my favorite sports of all time! So, what are the sports you love to play/watch?
